Industrial filtration products
Filter cloths, filter bags, cages and filter plates – made and delivered quickly, in the highest quality.
LIQUID FILTRATION
Filter cloths
For filter press and disc filter elements we mostly use polypropylene fabric. For different processes we also offer polyester, polyamide and PVDF – monofilament, multifilament or combined.
Laser cutting of the materials ensures speed, high cutting quality and precise workmanship.
Filter press cloths – made to suit the press model and the specific process: long service life, dry cake, easy cake release and easy cleaning.
Disc filter cloths – for continuous vacuum disc filters, widely used in mining. The segments are sewn precisely to size for quick fitting.
Drum filter cloths – for high-capacity rotary drum filters in mining and the chemical industry, designed for easy fitting and low maintenance costs.
Belt press cloths – for wastewater treatment, chemicals, mining and food. We offer a range of permeabilities, stainless steel joints and reinforced edges.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
How we choose the right filter cloth
Choosing the right filter cloth is the most important factor for good liquid filtration. We select it by three parameters – yarn type, weave and material – to suit your process and machine.
Yarn type
Monofilament – smooth, slippery surface: the cake releases very easily and the cloth blinds slowly. Not suitable for very fine particles.
Multifilament – yarn made of many fine fibres – strong and long-lasting. It blinds faster, because slurry stays between the fibres.
Staple fibre – large surface area that retains fine particles very well. Lower strength and faster blinding.
Weave
Plain weave – the simplest weave, identical on both sides. High strength and good particle retention; may blind faster.
Twill weave – diagonal structure: easier cake release and slower blinding, with slightly lower strength than plain weave.
Satin weave – very smooth, glossy surface: excellent cake release, long service life and very slow blinding. Lower retention of fine particles.

GAS FILTRATION
Filter bags and pockets
We make them from needle felt of polyester, acrylic, aramid and other fibres. The filter fabrics can be additionally impregnated for better surface filtration and easier cleaning.
Our automatic lines for welded and triple longitudinal seams guarantee seam quality.
By choosing the right material together with the fabric manufacturer, we ensure long bag life and low dust emissions at the outlet of the installation.
Advantages: long service life · resistance to high temperatures · high chemical resistance · easy dust release. We make bags in any size and quantity, with air permeability matched to the particle size.

IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION
Filter bag cages
We produce support cages with diameters from 90 to 160 mm and lengths up to 7500 mm – in one piece or split into two or more sections.
Available with 8, 10, 12, 16, 20 or 24 longitudinal wires. The line has a quality control system that automatically repeats faulty welds.

IMPORT
Filter plates for filter presses
We import plates made of 100% polypropylene with high chemical resistance and a working pressure of up to 16 bar.
Sizes from 250×250 mm, 500×500 mm, 630×630 mm and 800×800 mm up to 1000×1000 mm, plus plate accessories for all specifications – with short lead times.
We supply plates with open or closed filtrate discharge and with centre, corner or top feed – to match your press.

OTHER PRODUCTS
Anode bags and tile press cloths
Anode bags and titanium basket bags – for electroplating and galvanising. Made from polypropylene or polyester fabrics in any size. Standard polypropylene bag sizes: 65×25, 75×35, 85×25 and 130×25 cm.
Tile press cloths – upper and lower cloth sewn together for easy handling, made to the size of the tile and the press model.
PYRITE CONCENTRATE
Unroasted industrial iron pyrite
Since 2015 we have been a leading importer of pyrite concentrate. As a source of sulphur and iron, it is used in the chemical industry, metallurgy and the production of abrasives and friction materials.
