2. What data we process and why
Inquiry form. When you send us an inquiry, we process the data you provide – name, company, e-mail, phone and the content of your inquiry – in order to reply and send you a quote. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data is sent to us by e-mail and is not used for advertising.
Visiting the website. On every visit, our hosting provider’s server automatically logs technical data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser). This is necessary for the security and proper operation of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
E-mail and phone. If you contact us directly, we process your data in order to deal with your request.
3. External services
- Hosting: the website and our e-mail are hosted by HostGator (Newfold Digital Inc., USA). Transfers outside the EU are based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
- Google Maps: the home page and the Contact page can show a map from Google Ireland Ltd. It only loads after you consent or click “Show map”; Google then receives your IP address.
- YouTube: the top of the home page shows a video from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.), only if you have consented. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies.
- Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google’s servers so that the text is displayed correctly; Google receives your IP address in the process.

4. Cookies
The website uses technically necessary cookies, for example to remember your selected language. Cookies of external services (Google Maps, YouTube) are only loaded after you consent, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the website. Your choice is stored in your browser.
5. Retention
We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as necessary to handle them and for any resulting contractual relationship, and as long as required by law (e.g. accounting and tax obligations). Technical server logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. To exercise your rights, write to us at info@fege-foyer.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg, or the authority in your country of residence.
